The American Academy of Allergy Asthma and Immunology (AAAAI) is the leading national Asthma and Allergy association. The are a wonderful resource whether you are new to allergies (or someone in your family is just diagnosed) or have so many antihistamines in your closet you can find them and take them in your sleep, there is always more good information here.

Allergies--Why am I doing this?

Well, here is yet another entry into the blogsphere. I looked to try and find another blog that was talking about allergies from a personal experience perspective and could only find scattered references to the dreaded attacks. So, now that you're here, hopefully you'll find some of this useful!
